At CVS, caring is what we do. As a Veterinary Nurse, you'll be at the heart of promoting pet wellness—monitoring patients' health, supporting their recovery, and offering reassurance to the people who love them. Because for us, caring isn't just a job—it's in our nature.
Life as part of our Advanced Clinical Services Network
Our Advanced Clinical Services Netw (both vets and veterinary nurses) supports colleagues in primary care practices to make advanced treatments available to clients that would otherwise necessitate referral elsewhere. Our ACSN clinicians hold advanced qualifications and our nurses provide advanced support visiting a GP setting.
Unique to this role, you will be an educator – alongside your vet, spend time teaching RVNs in the sites you visit how to handle advanced cases, supporting the growth and expertise of your peers.
Working in our ACSN team, every day is different. New sites, new people, new patients this role requires someone highly adaptable who inspires those around them to be the best they can be.
About you

Wellbeing support is always available, from monthly line-manager check-ins to our network of 400 Wellbeing Champions, personal mentors. We offer leading benefits and policies, such as our Health Shield which provides support for physical and mental health.
We prioritise investment in our facilities, delivering significant enhancements across numerous practices through a dedicated multi-million-pound improvement fund. All colleagues are also encouraged to submit research proposals to the Brian Pound grant committee to allow our nurses and vets the option to improve patient outcomes or colleague safety.
