Here at Willows, we are looking for an enthusiastic, Patient Care Assistance to join our team. Our well-established practice has a reputation locally for being warm, friendly, and caring. We expanded in November 2017 with the opening of our new site in central Norwich. Both sites offer the best of modern, evidence based veterinary medicine.
You will be welcomed into our team consisting of 6 other RVNs, two SVNs and 1 PCAs and 4 Receptionists. We have 6 vets, and all these staff work across both of sites Willow Vets Hellesdon and Willow Vets Thorpe. Previous Experience would be ideal however we will consider animal-based experiences.
The successful candidate will be efficient, organised, have the ability to use their initiative and common sense to solve problems. They will be Proactive and strive to express and provide a high standard of clinical and communication skills and ensure assistance to the Veterinary Team.
The role would be working across both sites – 32hrs per week across 4 days (Monday – Thursday) including Saturday mornings
