Clinical support

We have a wide support network so a practitioner is never alone dealing with a case. It includes Regional Clinical Leads for each practice, an Advanced Clinical Services Network of peripatetic practitioners, and our Vet Oracle vet-to-vet teleservices offering specialist interpretation of results and practical virtual assistance.

Learning & progression

We've a market-leading learning, education and development programme for all colleagues to help career progression. Our Knowledge Hub platform over 700 courses. BSAVA's full library of resources is offered free to all. Accredited leadership and management programmes are offered at all career stages - from apprentice to leader.

Wellbeing support

We prioritise the wellbeing of our people. We have a network of Pastoral Support Vets, mentors and Wellbeing Champions to help colleagues look after their mental health.
