Here at Village Animal Hospital we are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent position (part-time considered). 
 
The shift pattern currently is 5 days per week but there is flexibility on this. It is an in practice role. The job will be focused at the Caterham site but will require regular visits to the other practices. 
 
 
We are looking for someone proactive with strong leadership and management skills to become a Practice Manager of all three sites. The position is an on-site position, predominantly based at the Caterham site but you will visiting the other sites regularly. You should have a clean driving licence to be able to drive between sites. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis. Therefore managerial and leadership experience would be advantageous. 
 
 
The Practice Manager will work in partnership with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients. Within this role you will be involved in all aspects of managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management and premises management. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis.
 
 
Previous veterinary experience is not essential for this role, but you should be resourceful with strong leadership and planning skills. The ideal candidate would have strong people management and customer service skills, potentially from a retail background or similar.
