Exciting opportunity alert! Beechwood Veterinary Practice is looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. With a competitive salary of up to £30,000 FTE, depending on experience, this role offers a fantastic work-life balance with just 17 hours per week!
Beechwood are looking for a passionate and caring Nurse who will enjoy working to a very high standard. You will have exceptional client/customer care skills, and you will enjoy working in a busy team environment. You will be well supported and will have the opportunity to develop your nursing skills continually.
You will be key in supporting our Vets with their busy inpatient and surgical caseload. We'll provide you with the opportunity to further develop your skills by offering you support and encouragement.
In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality nursing care to a variety of patients
Assist our Vets during surgical and medical procedures
Monitor and support the recovery of patients' post-surgery
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide support to your peers as a strong team player
Contribute to the efficient running of the practice
You'll bring…
Must be RCVS registered or equivalent
A passion for animal care and welfare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Salary, hours and benefits
Up to £30,000 FTE, depending on experience plus benefits.
17 hours per week - working 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30-1pm, Tuesday 8-4pm and Friday 10.30-7pm.
