A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, innovative and highly motivated leader, with strategic vision, to cover three sites, Miller & Swann, Buchan and Deveron working full time/40 hours a week.
We are looking for a Vet to take on the role of Senior Clinical Director. You will work closely with our Senior Practice Director and Regional Director and be a business-wide advocate for our core values and will consistently challenge and coach colleagues on their implementation. You will live all of our values in full, in all aspects of their work, and acts as a positive role model.

This role will suit a strong leader who is ready to progress into a Senior Clinical Director, or someone that is in the same/similar position already.
Within this position you will travel to the practices, meet the teams, offer support, leadership, commercial and strategic direction. One of your main focuses will be to help drive Clinical cohesion across the group and delivery of the P&L.
You will enjoy working with a forward-thinking clinical team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists and admin support. The practices have space to grow with the right leader developing the team and driving clinical excellence.

This role will be key in supporting the strategic direction and leadership, providing: -
Great people and leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region and practices
Excellent communication skills delivering all key messages across the Hub
Working closely with Regional Director, Regional Clinical Lead, HR, Finance and all other support staff resources
Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data and KPI Dashboards
Ability to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team development
Carrying out regular practice visits, attend and present at regional meetings and work alongside other Senior Clinical Directors/Practice Directors across the wider team
