Are you an experienced vet with at least 2-3 years' experience looking for a role in a friendly, progressive practice with low staff turnover, a supportive client base, and an established caseload? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
About Us
We are a well-equipped, 3-site practice with a talented team of vets, nurses, and client care professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent care. As a VN training practice, we regularly host veterinary students and actively support ongoing training and development. Many of our vets hold or are working towards certificates, enabling us to offer certificate-led referrals in surgery, cardiology, and endoscopy.
Located close to Oxford, London, and the picturesque Cotswolds, our branches offer the perfect mix of convenience and countryside charm.
Why Join Us?
Flexible Rota: Work-life balance is key. Enjoy a 40-hour, 4-day week (full-time), no night work, no inpatient checks, and no Sundays or bank holidays. Saturdays are on a manageable 1:3 rota. We are also open to part-time applicants.
Certificate Support: We would love to support a certificate, or if you already have a certificate we are keen to support that further and build a caseload in your chosen area with internal or external referrals. We also have several certificate holders already.
Time to Care: We focus on quality, with 20-minute consults (longer for complex cases) and scheduled admin time. This ensures you can build strong client relationships and deliver excellent clinical care.
Supportive Environment: Staff wellbeing is a top priority. We have a mental health first aider and wellbeing champion on-site, plus CVS-funded regular social events to foster team spirit. We also enforce a zero-tolerance policy on abuse to keep our workplace safe and welcoming.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Up to £65k DOE (pro rata).
Generous Leave: Up to 7 weeks holiday + bank holidays (buy/sell scheme). Receive an extra day off per year for each year of service (up to 5 years).
