Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Veterinarian with a focus on Emergency and Critical Care to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency medicine, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. You will be key in delivering top-notch medical care and supporting our mission to enhance the well-being of pets in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse range of animals.
• Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and wellness checks as needed.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute medical conditions and injuries.
• Work with our team to develop and execute effective treatment plans for critical cases.
• Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and overall health.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive medical records.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive clinic culture.
• Collaborate with support staff, including experienced vet owners, referral surgeons, and on-call medicine specialists.

Qualifications:

• A recognized veterinary degree.
• Valid veterinary license for Queensland.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on emergency and critical care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in emergency and critical care is advantageous but not mandatory.
