Due to retirement, we are looking for an accounts administrator to join our Animed Equine Veterinary Clinic team based at Shedfield. This is a varied role which includes overseeing billing and sending out invoices, liaising with clients and taking telephone payments, debt control and managing direct insurance claims.

 

Alongside excellent numeracy and literacy skills the applicant should be a team player with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. A strong customer service orientation and understanding of Excel is essential.

 

The role is currently 30 hours per week but this can be flexible. We would also welcome applicants with experience in practice management.
