Your Role

As an RVN in our anaesthesia team, you will work alongside experienced anaesthesia nurses and veterinary anaesthetists. You will manage a diverse array of cases, from stable orthopaedic procedures to critical emergencies. A Specialist anaesthetist supports all cases to ensure comprehensive care and address any complications.

Training and Development:

• Induction Process: An 8-week induction program to integrate you into our team, learning how we work. The good news – we have others in role to share your experiences with to help constantly improve our clinical standards.  
• Mentorship: Assigned mentor for continued guidance and training. We have a team of Anaesthetists able to offer you support, advice and encouragement no matter how complex your cases may be.
• Investment in you: A CPD budget for external training, and our industry leading LED platform has over 25 courses webinars and self-paced training modules to turn to. You will have access and support to pursue certificates as you progress your career!
