We are an international integrated veterinary services provider which delivers to clients through four business areas; our veterinary practices, diagnostic laboratories and e-commerce division. Our success is derived from the passion our people have for animals and for making pets a priority, it's what is at the heart of our work, every day.

  • Coordinate national and local marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on brand and to a high standard.
  • Partner with Digital teams to align marketing activity across SEO, PPC, paid social and content channels.
  • Act as a guardian of the CVS brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, PR, Digital, Data and practice teams to support successful campaign delivery.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and meet agreed objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • Support customer communications and CRM programmes, using data and segmentation to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, print production and operational marketing activities to support business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal governance standards, while identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • 4 – 6 years' experience in a marketing role, with responsibility for planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading a team (desirable)
  • Strong project management, organisational skills and management of multiple projects.
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Analytical skills with experience reporting on marketing performance.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within veterinary, healthcare, retail or multi-site service businesses (desirable).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer data.
  • Experience managing agencies or external suppliers and desirable managing a small team.
