Why Us
We are a long-established and trusted practice with a loyal client base. Nearly two years ago, we relocated to our purpose-built premises, which has proven to be a fantastic move for both our clients and our team.
Our facilities include three consultation rooms, a dedicated nurse/cat consultation room, separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, an in-house pharmacy, and a modern prep room and theatre. We also offer on-site parking, including an electric vehicle charging point.
You'll be joining a small, friendly, and supportive team that values high clinical standards and personalised care. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where everyone looks out for one another.
Our practice is made up of a team of experienced vets with over 40 years of combined experience, six RVNs with nearly 30 years of collective expertise, as well as a PCA, SVN, reception staff, and a dedicated practice manager. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do—we regularly discuss cases to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We're a caring, well-organised practice that enjoys team-building activities and social events outside of work.
The Role
You'll be working alongside a forward-thinking clinical team of Vets, RVNs, PCAs, receptionists, and admin support. Our practice has room to grow, and we're looking for someone who can help lead that development while maintaining clinical excellence.

Proven experience as a veterinary surgeon, including clinical duties
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster team engagement
Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care and driving continuous improvement
Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues across the practice
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective messaging within the team
