As Clinical Director, you will provide leadership and support to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service. This role combines hands-on veterinary work with strategic leadership, making it ideal for someone who wants to influence clinical standards and drive practice success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the practice team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with VBA Code of Professional Conduct and CVS Clinical Governance standards.
• Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to patients.
• Oversee clinical development, CPD planning, and clinical audits.
• Work closely with the practice leaders to optimise client service and business performance
• Drive financial performance and embedding the CVS values

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with current registration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage people and performance effectively.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of practice operations.
