We are looking for a Clinical Director to lead our busy, well-established hospital and practices at Bridge Veterinary Group.

Rota: 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days a week. If you are seeking a part time rota please get in touch.

You'll be joining our friendly team of 8 veterinary surgeons, 10 registered veterinary nurses, 2 student nurses, 6 receptionists and 5 PCA support staff; all contributing to provide the best clinical care to our patients and clients over our sites.

About you

You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Director and Regional Director and serve as a business wide advocate for our core values, consistently challenging and coaching colleagues on their implementation. You will live all our values in full, in all aspects of your work, and act as a positive role model.

What you'll do and bring:

  • Experience as a veterinary surgeon and taking part in clinical duties
  • The ability to generate high engagement within the team and practices
  • Delivering high quality clinical services while driving continuous improvement in clinical performance within the team
  • Flexibility to adapt and support your colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, delivering all key messages within the team
  • Working closely with other leaders across the business
  • Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data and KPI Dashboards
  • Ability to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team development

 

You will enjoy working with a forward-thinking clinical team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists and admin support.
