Why us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our teams and services through strong leadership and fresh ideas. Perhaps you are looking for your first step into a leadership role, or perhaps a Clinical Director seeking a new challenge.

We value collaboration, development, and clinical excellence, and we're seeking someone who shares our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and is ready to make a meaningful impact.

You will join a friendly and supportive team where wellbeing and collaboration are genuinely valued. Based in beautiful Aberdeenshire, where the coast meets the countryside, our practices offer a peaceful setting with a strong local community and yet remain close to the city of Aberdeen.

We are forward-thinking, high-standard, and take pride in delivering excellent care and working together as one team. We will support your growth both personally and professionally, with opportunities to develop your interests and advance your career.

About you

You will work closely with our Senior Practice Director and Regional Director and serve as a business-wide advocate for our core values, consistently challenging and coaching colleagues on their implementation. You will live all our values in full, in all aspects of your work, and act as a positive role model.

What you'll do and bring:

  • Experience as a veterinary surgeon and taking part in clinical duties
  • The ability to generate high engagement within the team and practices
  • Delivering high-quality clinical services while driving continuous improvement in clinical performance within the team
  • Flexibility to adapt and support your colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, delivering all key messages within the team
  • Working closely with other leaders across the business
  • Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data and KPI Dashboards
  • Ability to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team development

You will enjoy working with a forward-thinking clinical team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists and admin support.
