This role will be key in supporting the strategic direction and leadership, providing:
Great people and leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region and practices
Excellent communication skills delivering all key messages to the practice
Working closely with the Senior Practice Director to drive these experienced teams with a loyal client base
Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data, and KPI Dashboards
Ability to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team development
The candidate we are looking for would need to be currently demonstrating:
Creating an environment for exemplary clinical care, and new clinical services
Established quality improvement framework embraced by the practice
Oversee a culture of outstanding client service
Consistent financial performance, meeting and exceeding budget regularly
Outstanding communication skills leading to exceptional engagement of the team
Permanent position, offering up to 40 hours FTE – we're happy to be flexible and tailor the role to fit the right person.
1:4 Saturday mornings (short shifts), with no out-of-hours (OOH) responsibilities.
Competitive salary of up to £80K DOE
