As Clinical Director, you'll work closely with our Regional Director and act as a champion for our core values, coaching and supporting colleagues to embed these into everyday practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care while driving continuous improvement across the practice.
  • Leading and supporting the veterinary team to achieve excellent clinical and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Director and wider business leaders to support practice success.
  • Monitoring and interpreting financial performance, KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new services and grow the practice.
  • Promoting a collaborative and flexible approach across teams to ensure exceptional patient and client care.
  • Driving clear and consistent communication throughout the practice.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking clinical team including vets, RVNs, PCAs, receptionists and administrative support. Our practice has significant potential for growth, and we're looking for a leader who can help us realise that opportunity.

About you

Working within a culture where clinicians are empowered to make the best decisions, where improvement is encouraged and best practice is shared, you will be:

  • Client-focused, creating positive experiences that build trust and long-lasting relationships.
  • An experienced leader, leading by example and acting as a positive role model who embodies our values.
  • A strong people leader, able to foster engagement, collaboration and high-performing teams.
  • An excellent communicator, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders alike.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to balance clinical excellence with business performance and growth opportunities.
