Established in 2010, Animed supplies animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK. We're proud of our reputation for excellent service and are now looking to welcome two Customer Service Assistants to our friendly Customer Care team.
We are offering both part-time (25 hours per week) and full-time (40 hours per week) opportunities, making this a fantastic role for someone looking for flexibility or a full-time career move.

1. Customer Care Advisor – Flexible Shift Pattern


25 or 40 hours per week available


Shift Pattern:
Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, including:
• 10am–3pm
• 11am–4pm
• 12pm–5pm


(Full-time hours will be scheduled within operational hours Monday–Friday.)


What you'll be doing:

 

  • Answering inbound calls and live chats in a busy call centre environment
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint
  • Accurately updating multiple IT systems
  • Capturing customer feedback to help improve our service long-term


What we're looking for:

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong IT skills and high attention to detail
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset



2. Customer Care & Admin Assistant – Weekend Focus


25 or 40 hours per week available


Shift Pattern:


• 9am–5pm Saturday
• 10am–4pm Sunday


Core requirement: Saturday and Sunday cover, with the option to add weekday hours to increase to either 25 or 40 hours per week.


Hybrid working available following training.


This role combines customer care support with administrative responsibilities, helping to keep the wider team running smoothly.
