Established in 2010, Animed supplies animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK. We're proud of our reputation for excellent customer service and are now looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Care team.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), primarily worked Monday to Friday, with the option to include weekend shifts for those who prefer additional flexibility.

Core hours:
• Monday to Friday within operational hours (open hours 08:00 - 17:30)
• Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
• Accurately updating multiple IT systems
• Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, customer-first mindset able to handle back to back nature of the role
• Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns
