Your Role 

As an RVN in our Emergency and Critical Care team, you will work alongside experienced ECC Veterinary Specialists and Acute Medicine Specialists. You will manage a diverse array of cases, from patients needing complex medical management, patients requiring high post-surgical care, to ventilated patients.  

Training and Development: 

• Induction Process: An 8-week induction program to integrate you into our team, learning how we work. The good news – we have others in role to share your experiences with to help constantly improve our clinical standards.   
• Mentorship: Assigned mentor for continued guidance and training. We have a team of experienced nurses able to offer you support, advice and encouragement no matter how complex your cases may be. 
• Investment in you: A CPD budget for external training, and our industry leading LED platform has over 25 courses webinars and self-paced training modules to turn to. You will have access and support to pursue certificates as you progress your career!
