ECC Specialist
Chestergates Veterinary Specialists & CVS Vets 24/7 Chester
Are you an ECC Specialist who enjoys developing people as much as treating patients?
We're offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, approachable ECC Specialist to join our team in a role focused primarily on teaching, mentoring and team development, with opportunities for clinical case involvement. This will be on a fixed term contract working 20 hours a week on a Monday and Tuesday.
You'll work across two exciting environments within the same building:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sharing knowledge, building clinical confidence, and supporting the development of both vets and nurses across referral and primary care.
Most importantly, we're looking for a great team player. Someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to adapt their expertise to different teams and learning needs.
We already have a fantastic, positive team culture, and we're looking for someone who will embrace it, contribute to it and help colleagues continue to flourish.
This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference through the people you support, the knowledge you share and the confidence you help build. However, you will maintain connection with clinical cases and there will be opportunity to manage these throughout.
If this sounds like the kind of role you'd love, we'd be delighted to have an informal conversation.
