CVS24 at Dovecote Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our weekend emergency and urgent care team. Whether you're looking for a regular commitment, additional ECC work alongside another role, or a flexible portfolio career, we can tailor the rota to suit you. 

This is an opportunity to work within a busy multidisciplinary hospital, managing a rewarding emergency caseload while benefiting from advanced diagnostics, specialist support and an exceptional nursing team.

Whether you're managing a challenging neurological emergency, a complex fracture, a surgical emergency or an unusual medical case, specialist expertise is close at hand.

Flexible Working

Available patterns include: 

• 1 in 2 weekends 

• 1 in 3 weekends 

• 1 in 4 weekends

About You 

We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who: 

• Enjoys emergency and urgent care medicine 

• Is confident prioritising and managing clinical cases 

• Works collaboratively within a team 

• Delivers excellent patient and client care 

• Thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment 

Previous ECC experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
