What we're looking for in our Equine Administrator / Receptionist:
Previous Receptionist experience is essential; veterinary experience is a plus!
Experience with horses or equine knowledge is desired
Resilient with the ability to cope with busy and potentially emotional situations
An excellent communicator with strong empathy
Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
