We are a busy and friendly equine veterinary practice looking for a dedicated and versatile team member to join us. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on veterinary technician support, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about both animals and organisation.
Manage office administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and client communication.
Handle insurance claims efficiently and professionally.
Provide support to vets during equine visits, treatments, and procedures.
Assist with the care and handling of horses when required.
Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You: Previous experience in office administration and insurance claims preferred.
Background in equine veterinary care or as a veterinary technician highly desirable.
Confident handling horses and assisting vets in the field.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A true team player who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.
