We are seeking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator to join our friendly team based at Wessex Equine in Wiltshire.
Location: Wiltshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm
We are looking for a team player who is able to provide a professional and efficient reception service to clients, ensuring a high standard of both customer service and all relevant administration duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Equine knowledge and general IT skills is are essential.
Previous Equine Veterinary reception experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
