Due to unforeseen circumstances we are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join the team.
Preferably a full-time position of 40hrs per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, efficient administrator, with first class customer service skills, as you will be liaising with clients in sometimes emotional circumstances.
You will need to have extensive knowledge of horses, either working with or have owned a horse recently. Along with several years of working in an office and thrive in a busy and challenging environment, with the ability to continually multi-task and adapt to change.
You must be detail driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner, and have experience of using various IT systems (full training is given). A positive ‘can do' attitude is essential.
