We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive REVN or RVN with horse handling experience to join our friendly team on a full time basis.
We are a tier 4 equine only veterinary hospital with 28 veterinary surgeons working for the practice, supported by over 30 nursing, stable and office staff. BEVC offers a professional, efficient and compassionate service to our clients and their horses, as well as pursuing the goal of clinical excellence. Bell Equine is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited practice.
This role is full time based on a 42hr week. There are a varied, rotating fair share of shifts from Monday – Friday between hours of 8am and 5.30pm. OOH cover will be required. Salary dependant on experience.
Person Specification
You will need a good level of veterinary nursing experience and the ability to competently handle horses of all ages, size and breeds, excellent animal care and welfare standards, passionate about client care and experience, be an effective team player, have a systematic approach when making decisions and be able to carry out the role effectively with planning and organisation. You are friendly, down-to-earth, have a genuine passion for your role and the veterinary industry.
