Valley Equine Hospital is looking for 2 new or recent graduates to join us for a 13-month internship. Both positions will start in July 2026. We are highly committed to our interns' professional development, ensuring they complete the programme as confident, technically proficient, and independent clinicians with extensive hands-on experience. Interns rotate between anaesthesia and surgical cases, as well as inpatient and outpatient care, and participate in a 1-in-2 out-of-hours rota. The position includes 28 days annual leave and 6 days of CPD, supported by a generous CPD allowance.
We are looking for applicants who are extremely dedicated to pursuing a career in equine veterinary medicine, who are engaging, enthusiastic and want to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are paramount.
Applicants must be eligible for registration with the RCVS, and unfortunately, we cannot support any applicant who requires a work visa.
