We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who specialises in Exotics to join the team at Highcroft Veterinary in Whitchurch, Bristol. This site has moved to the new state-of-the-art facility, Bristol Vet Specialists, a brand new multidisciplinary centre, in Central Park in Avonmouth, Bristol.
The new hospital, which covers over 30,000 square feet, has been custom built with uniquely designed facilities and the latest cutting-edge equipment. With Specialists in all disciplines able to treat anything and everything under one roof, the hospital will act as a centre of excellence for small animal pet owners in the South West.
We offer advanced services in internal medicine and keyhole surgery, as well as a “pet chauffeur” service for non-emergency transportation of pets. We also have a 24/7 site own inpatient care and overnight care provided by our first opinion team.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Exotics Veterinary surgeon to join our team here at Highcroft
5 day week coverage required across two roles (Negotiable depending on availability) with 1 in 4 weekend commitments.
Our fully equipped, air-conditioned 24hour tier 3 training hospital with excellent surgical and diagnostic facilities will allow you to work at the highest clinical standards. Some of our fantastic equipment includes a CT scanner, Ultra sound / Endoscope / Bronchoscope / Laparoscopic equipment.
As a Vet you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within our team, sometimes under high pressure.
