An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our well established, highly respected practice in Devon!

We're looking for an experienced Vet who is confident in routine practice, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is keen to contribute to a supportive, collaborative team. Finding the right person to complement the team is our priority.

You'll be joining a talented vets, who provide a fantastic environment for clinical discussion, learning and development. We are an RCVS Accredited Veterinary Practice with surgeries in Paignton and Brixham. We are well equipped with Digital Xray, endoscopy, ultrasound, K-laser, full Lab, separate dental suite and imaging room, two theatres.

We would particularly welcome applications from vets with a surgical bias who are keen to further develop their skills within a practice that maintains high clinical standards and invests in its people.

For those with aspirations to progress, there is genuine potential to take on line management responsibilities and develop leadership skills. This role would be ideal for someone who sees themselves stepping into a Lead Vet position in the future, with support and mentoring available to help you achieve your career goals.

The Role

  • Full time 40 hours per week across 4 days
  • Part time hours considered
  • Flexible working patterns available to support work-life balance
  • No OOH requirements
  • Saturday mornings on a rota
  • Opportunity to develop leadership and management experience
  • Salary up to £64,000 FTE, dependent on experience
