As Finance Business Partner Lead, you will lead and develop a team that provides high-quality financial insight to our operational divisions, helping colleagues understand performance, assess opportunities and make confident commercial decisions. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business, bringing clarity, challenge and balanced judgement to strategic initiatives, investment decisions and commercial performance conversations.
