FP&A Manager

A high‑impact commercial finance leadership opportunity

We are looking for a commercially focused finance leader to shape and elevate our FP&A function across the UK and Australia. This is a pivotal strategic role, partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing major operational and investment decisions across the Group.

You will lead a talented FP&A team, deliver high‑quality insight, and drive improvements in forecasting, reporting and analysis to support the next phase of our growth.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide the UK & Australia leadership teams with the insight to have the ability to manage, review and develop their operations
• Provide senior management with relevant and timely information to enable them to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives
• Track and monitor financial KPIs to understand and contextualise narrative into performance which are used to assess the success of both the business, its divisions and the successful delivery of the financial strategy output.
• Prepare insightful financial modelling which enables the end users to establish a solid understanding of the risks and opportunities and potential financial impact of operational decisions

What You'll Bring

• Qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen
• Proven leadership experience, empowering your team to adopt a continuous improvement mindset 
• Strength to challenge operational leaders to support decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and strong systems understanding (NAV/Cognos desirable)
• PE experience beneficial
