Head Veterinary Nurse Opportunity at Oakley Veterinary Clinic, Reading - Excellent remuneration + Benefits
We are searching for a confident RVN to join us as the new Head Veterinary Nurse on a full-time basis.
What you will be doing:
Working 40 hours a week with 1:4 Saturdays – flexible for right candidate
Leading, training and mentoring the nursing team, supporting in recruitment, selection, development, absence reporting and monitor in line with CVS policy
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions that will be facilitated to encourage collaboration and professional growth
Support in driving clinical standards and excellent patient and client care
What you will enjoy:
Opportunity to create and implement clinics, developing special interest
Working with strong team of 9 vets with several certificate holders
Being part of a small but busy clinic that is passionate about diagnostic imaging (e.g. endoscopy, echocardiography and ultrasonography)
