1:6 weekends, Saturdays only, 8am–1pm and no OOH
Up to 83,400 depending on experience (pro rated for less than full time)
40 hours a week, but open to 30 hours also.
The Role:
Leading, managing and mentoring the Vet team while working with management to drive clinical standards.
Support Practice Director by leading and driving clinical standards in the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care
Line-managing the veterinary team, performing check-ins, helping with competency and salary review), and writing the vets' rota with the Practice Director to ensure needs and demands of clients are met.
Collaborating with the Practice Director to optimise client service and business growth, budgeting and finances.
