We're looking for a passionate and proactive Head Veterinary Nurse to join our welcoming team at Endell Vets in the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury. What You'll Be Doing:
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a key role in leading and inspiring our nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the nursing team with day-to-day operations
Running nurse consults and clinics
Performing Schedule 3 procedures and assisting with surgical prep
Managing the clinical diary and nursing rota
Overseeing stock control and dispensary management
Championing high standards of patient care and client service
Supporting the development of our student nurses and clinical team
Previous leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a passion for team development.
What We Offer:
Salary up to £38,000 DOE
40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (8:00–12:30)
No out-of-hours or Bank Holidays
