We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR teamon a permanent basis, working 15-20 hours per week. This is a hybrid opportunity and therefore you must be commutable to Diss.
Key duties include:
Management of HR inbox
Dealing with queries via telephone and email
Sending out references of employment
Answering basic absence/holidays related queries – escalating more complex issues to Managers and HR Business Partners
Note taking in team meetings
Ensure resource link is updated with ER activity and relevant documents are uploaded timely
Ensure Pulse is kept up to date
Supporting leaver Process – log leavers on audit, issue and send acknowledgement letters
Supporting probation process
Ensure appropriate security for all HR related information
Build and maintain good working relationship with payroll colleagues
Answer queries and assist employees with the employee self-service portal (MiCVS)
Managing the visa query inbox
Key requirements include:
Good organisational skills
Able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels
Works with high attention to detail
Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines
Pro-active and efficient
Conscientious with an ability to be flexible and multitask
Shows initiative and is able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
Great customer service delivery at all levels
Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
No prior HR experience required as full training will be provided.
