Role Overview
This role reports to HR Systems & Data Manager
This role exists to support the HR System & Data Manager and others in the team, as they are part-seconded onto a major HR system upgrade project.
In this varied role, you'll provide day to day operational ownership of the HR System (Zellis ResourceLink) and associated HR data and reporting during a period of system transformation.
You will ensure business-as-usual continuity, system stability, data integrity and ad hoc HR data reporting. Strong problem-solving skills will be crucial as you will be responsible for maintaining system integrity and troubleshooting .
You will work as part of team of HR Systems Analysts and administrators, and will provide support and guidance to the administrators in their day-to-day roles, but will not have line manager obligations. In this role you will collaborate and work closely with wider HR Admin Services and Payroll Teams.
