About the Role

While CVS has a long-established presence in the UK, our Australian business is still in a high-growth phase with exciting plans ahead.

As our Integrations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and integrating newly acquired clinics into CVS. This role sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and people, ensuring clinics transition and integrate smoothly into our establishing systems, processes, and ways of working.

You will lead integration activities end-to-end, working closely with clinic teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience that supports both business performance, employee experience and continuity of patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration of new clinics into CVS
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders within clinics and across the broader business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Clinical, Operations) to deliver integration plans
  • Provide hands-on support to clinics, including on-site engagement where required
  • Coordinate system implementations (HR, finance, clinical systems) and operational processes
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely, structured integrations
  • Act as the key point of contact for clinic leaders throughout the transition
  • Identify risks, solve problems in real time, and ensure business continuity
  • Support clinics to adopt CVS ways of working while respecting existing strengths and culture
  • Monitor early performance indicators and provide ongoing support until clinics are fully embedded
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and frameworks

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project management, integrations, operations, or onboarding roles
  • Exposure to multi-site or high-growth environments (healthcare or similar preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence working with ambiguity and adapting in a changing environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Capability across Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • A willingness to travel as required to support clinics and team collaboration
