B&W Equine Group have an exciting opportunity for two committed and hardworking new or recent graduates to join us for an 18-month Internship. We are proud to be part of the BEVA Recognised Internship Scheme. As the successful candidate, you will have the chance to learn and develop your knowledge and skills alongside internationally renowned specialists within our state-of-the-art equine hospital in Gloucestershire.
We have three positions, starting in September 2026, March 2027 and May 2027. You will work as part of a team of 4/5 hospital interns and alongside an experienced team of equine vets, including 8 Diploma holders with specialisms in surgery, medicine, imaging, sports medicine and dentistry. The hospital is busy with a wide and varied caseload and benefits from cutting edge facilities and equipment. Out-of-hours hospital duties will be shared equally on a 1 in 4 rota. Out of hours you will be supported by two nurses/patient care assistants who are on site as well as a senior medicine clinician and surgeon.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and be good at working in a team. New graduates are welcome to apply. The applicant should be eligible for registration with the RCVS.
