We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Medicine Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing referral veterinary practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, specialist‑led environment delivering gold‑standard care for complex and challenging cases.
The Role
You will be responsible for the investigation, diagnosis and management of a wide range of internal medicine cases, working closely with our multidisciplinary referral team. The role offers excellent exposure to advanced diagnostics and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our internal medicine service.

Our practice is set in the beautiful countryside of Hillsborough with excellent transport links to all major cities in Northern Ireland and just 1 hour from the South of Ireland. Our Referral practice is a well‑equipped referral centre with access to advanced imaging including CT, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, In‑house laboratory facilities, and 24‑hour patient care through the support of MiNight Vet. You will be supported by an experienced team of referral clinicians, skilled RVNs, and dedicated support staff in a positive, professional working environment.
