We are excited to announce the opportunity to become a part of our dynamic, hard-working, and friendly Laboratory Administration team, at our laboratory in Newton Abbot.
Axiom Veterinary Laboratory (part of CVS Vets) is a busy diagnostic pathology facility committed to providing top-quality clinical testing services to a large client base of veterinary practices across the country and abroad.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team responsible for accurately booking blood and other veterinary sample submissions into our system, helping ensure results are delivered promptly to veterinary practices and supporting high standards of animal welfare.
You will also take incoming telephone calls, speaking to customers in a polite and professional manner. With full training and support, you'll gather key information from callers and pass enquiries to the appropriate team when needed.
You must be able to remain focused and calm under pressure. Customer care is integral to our business, and so the successful candidates will have a “can do” attitude.
This position does not require prior laboratory experience as comprehensive training will be provided in all procedures.
