If you are passionate about surgery and excited by the prospect of running your own department, we'd love to hear from you. After over 20 years at PetMedics, our lead surgeon is retiring, and we are looking for the right person to join the surgical department of our Advanced Clinical Team at our Worsley 24-hour hospital. Help grow an already respected surgical service. Clinical care, colleague happiness and clinical progression are cornerstones to the practice's ethos.
Who are we?
PetMedics is a large, 24-hour veterinary hospital in Worsley, Manchester, staffed by a highly skilled and dedicated clinical team: 36 vets, 40 nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists, an animal transport team, laboratory technician, a dispensary technician, and a large management/administration team.
We provide the OOH for 50+ member practices, a thriving first opinion workload, alongside a well-respected multi-disciplinary team that accepts both external and internal referrals.
Your surgical caseload:
Anything. There is no limit to the options available for the right candidate to grow this service in any direction.
