š¼Ā The Role: As theĀ Lead Veterinarian, you'll be responsible for:
Providing high-quality clinical care to patients
Mentoring and supporting a team of vets and nurses
Contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of the clinic
Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
Encouraging continued learning and professional development
No afterhours or on call
šÆĀ What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in small animal practice
Excellent clinical and surgical skills
Previous leadership or mentoring experience (preferred)
A positive, team-focused attitude
Commitment to high standards of patient care and client communication
šĀ What We Offer:
Competitive salary package ranging between $130,000 ā 140,000 per annum plus super
