Learning, Education & Development (LED) Coordinator

Hybrid | Bristol | Full-time (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
Salary: Competitive + benefits

Looking for a role where you can step away from practice but still make an impact?

Want structured hours, no weekends, and real work-life balance?

At CVS Group, we support over 500 practices and 8,000 colleagues across the UK and Australia. Our focus is simple: deliver outstanding care and invest in the people who make it happen.

We're hiring a Learning, Education & Development Coordinator to help deliver high-quality training across the business. If you have a clinical background and want to apply it in a more structured, fast-paced environment, this is a strong next step.

What you'll get

  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends or bank holidays)
  • A stable, structured role with clear working hours
  • The chance to influence how colleagues are trained and developed
  • A well-supported team and established processes
  • Access to CVS benefits including pension, wellbeing support and staff discounts

What you'll be doing

This role is about delivery and coordination. You'll keep training running smoothly and make sure the right people get the right development at the right time.

You will:

  • Coordinate and support both in-person and virtual training
  • Manage logistics, bookings, and course administration
  • Work with internal teams and external CPD providers
  • Act as the main point of contact during training delivery
  • Set up training environments and ensure sessions run without issues
  • Support clinical training, including cadaver-based sessions where required

This is a hands-on role where organisation, pace, and attention to detail matter.

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but the strongest candidates will have:

  • A clinical background (RVN or experienced PCA)
  • The ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Confidence working with different stakeholders
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort working in a clinical training setting

Why CVS?

We offer something many clinical roles don't — consistency and balance, without losing your connection to the industry.

You'll be part of a large, stable organisation where you can build a long-term career, develop new skills, and still contribute to clinical excellence.
