Working within the LED team, you'll help with booking external CPD for colleagues, managing bookings and invoices, organising training events, and liaising with external providers—no two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the booking and coordination of external CPD courses, conferences and professional development programmes

  • Ensuring all processes are followed efficiently and consistently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new systems

Why Join Us?

  • Fully remote opportunity with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK
  • Monday–Friday working pattern (40 hours per week)
  • No weekend or bank holiday working – supporting a healthy work-life balance
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to learning and development operations
  • A varied role with real impact across the business
