Summary of role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our learning-education-development (LED) department.  This role will be within the LED Co-Ordinator team, who support to ensure the efficient delivery of the entire LED course portfolio for all job roles across the business. You will play a pivotal role in course organisation and course support of the learning portfolio for CVS. You will be a true team player with excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task different tasks and projects.  Alongside these responsibilities, you will also be involved with supporting the delivery of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at our Harrogate training centre, acting as the direct point of contact for delegates and course tutors as well as managing the teaching facilities.

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Clinical background e.g. Experienced Patient Care Assistant (1 year min experience) or Registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage different courses and projects
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to support with courses on site, helping with setup and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Customer focused and willingness to deliver a great service
  • Ability to see projects through from identification of problem to solution
  • Able to work in a time efficient manner
  • Proactive approach and genuine desire to make the service the best it can possibly be
  • Basic computer skills excel, PowerPoint, word and willingness to learn new software
