Position: MiLab Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Milab Diagnostics, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9EB

Salary: £26,438 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: Full time 8:00 – 16:30, Monday – Friday

MiLab are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small warehouse team at MiLab in Harleston. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing organisation dedicated to excellence in supplying veterinary laboratory consumables.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery: pick, scan, pack, and ship
  • Receive and process supplier deliveries, including unloading, safe storage, and stock rotation
  • Maintain accurate stock control, conduct monthly stocktakes, and ensure full traceability of discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory on a first in first out basis, and report shortages or expired stock
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment, optimising space utilisation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (scissor lift, pallet truck)
  • Adhere to safe working practices.
  • Building housekeeping
