As Night Team Leader RVN, you'll work closely with the Head Nurse to support and lead the nursing team during the nights, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service. You'll play a key role in implementing CVS nursing standards, fostering a culture of professionalism and compassion, and driving continuous improvement across the practice whilst working nights.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:
Lead by example in clinical excellence and customer service
Support the integration and development of the nursing team
Manage rotas, inductions, training, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and RCVS standards
Promote a culture of wellbeing, education, and continuous professional development
Deputise for the Head Nurse and contribute to strategic planning and operational delivery
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and capable RVN who:
Is registered with the RCVS
Has experience in leading or managing a team
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is passionate about coaching and developing others
Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and practice systems
Is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
