Dedicated ECC position in a highly equipped, accredited hospital in Canterbury

We are growing our dedicated OOH team at Barton Veterinary Hospital. This is a great opportunity for a vet with a passion for ECC to commit to this exciting workload. Our hospital has everything you will need to treat the patients that most need you. Comprehensive in house lab, high-spec ultrasound, CT, endoscopes, multi-parameter monitors, 2 operating theatres, dedicated OOH nurses and PCA's.
You would support the experienced day team in providing a high level of care 24 hours a day. There is a strong ethic of teamwork in the hospital, with case discussion, knowledge sharing and a progressive environment being of paramount importance. This role would be perfect for a vet furthering their interest in ECC, with additional qualifications supported and funded. It would also suit an experienced OOH vet who wants the freedom to exercise a high level of clinical care and enjoy plenty of time to wind down and indulge their interests outside of work.
Shift pattern includes 7 nights and 2 weekend days in each 4 week period. We can offer a generous salary up to £80,900 FTE, payment of professional fees, funding for CPD/further qualifications, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, company pension scheme and many other benefits.
