Life at Harris, Hill and Gibbons Veterinary Centre - Trowbridge
Harris, Hill and Gibbons Veterinary Centre are a 24/7 small animal practice with a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. Our facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, EPOC, an in-house lab, and blood products, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care. We pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative environment where everyone is supported in providing the best possible care to animals.
Our team at Trowbridge has been delivering a high-quality out-of-hours service since 2018, proudly supporting our member practices across Wiltshire. We have a team that already includes Advanced Practitioners in Emergency and Critical Care. The host practice, with which our team works closely, also includes certificate holders in various areas including small animal medicine and surgery.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting across our twilight and night teams, and we are happy to discuss different part time or full-time options.
Trowbridge is a market town located in the historic county town of Wiltshire. Its location makes it an excellent base for exploring. It features direct rail connections to London and is close to regional highlights like the Cotswolds, Bath, and Stonehenge.
Your Role & Rota:
Our part-time twilight/night Veterinary Surgeon positions offer you the opportunity to manage a varied emergency caseload while developing your medical and surgical expertise within a supportive, team-focused environment.
We can accommodate either a consistent week-on/week-off twilight rota or a hybrid role with a combination night and twilight shifts. Due to growth within the practice, we are happy to discuss different options during the interview process to find the best fit for both you and the team.
