Maternity cover- Referral Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – Orthopaedic/Neurology Nurse – Bristol Veterinary Specialists – Avonmouth, Bristol
Are you an RVN with a particular interest in orthopaedic and/or neurology nursing? We're looking for you to join our specialist veterinary team at a brand-new referral centre opening in spring 2023.
If you are an enthusiastic, compassionate individual that has a particular interest in ward-based nursing then we want to hear from you.
The right candidate will join a team of nurses, auxiliaries and duty vets to deliver the highest standards of care for our patients.
You will be a registered and experienced nurse who is forward-thinking, shows empathy and demonstrates exemplary teamwork.
The role will consist of 3 x 10hr days of mixed shifts between the surgical ward and procedures. We provide full induction, mentoring and support to enhance your skills in advanced nursing care. You will also participate in a bank holiday and weekend working rota.

Previous experience in referral nursing would be beneficial but we also encourage applications from registered veterinary nurses with several years' post-qualification, first opinion practice experience.
